Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Friday. Most, but not all, orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, although this is not guaranteed. Shipping is a flat-rate on all orders under $20, and free for all orders over $20, placed within Vietnam. In most cases, you will receive all or part of your order within 5-10 days after purchase.

While we always attempt to send orders as quickly as possible, and never intentionally list products as in stock when they are out of stock, at times this does happen. You will be notified if there is a delay on any or all of the products in your order. If you require your order sooner than the typical 5-10 day window, options for Priority Mail are provided for you at checkout. Please note shipping time estimates for Priority are from the date of shipment (usually the day after you place your order), and not the date of purchase.

Should you fail to receive your order with 5-10 days of purchase, and do not have an email with an explanation for the delay, please contact us at 036 962 481 or dececi.beauty@gmail.com, as it is very rare that orders are delayed this long without someone contacting you. Your order may have been unintentionally misplaced or sent to an incorrect address.

Return & cancellation Policy

We understand and appreciate that when you are purchasing our products, you are making an investment. For this reason, we have created what we hope is a return policy that strikes the right balance between flexible and sensible.

To return a product, please send an email to dececi.beauty@gmail.com to notify us of your intent to return an item or items. Please include your name, the items you plan to return, and the reason for the return. We will refund all qualifying returns to your credit card or PayPal account within 7 days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is a result of our error, in which case we will email you a return label to print out and use.

We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately, and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us. Please email customer service as soon as possible at dececi.beauty@gmail.com or call us at 036-962-481 in the event you receive damaged or incorrect products.

Items that qualify for our 30-day return policy:

Unused skin care, body care or hair care within 30 days of purchase

Items that are not returnable/refundable:

Used skin care, body care or hair care
Sale or Clearance items
Gift Cards

If you chose to return an item from an order that qualified for a promotion, such as a gift with purchase, a discount, or free shipping, the value of that promotion will be removed, causing a deduction in the refund amount. If returning an item that qualified you for a "gift with purchase" offer, please return the promotional item as well, to avoid the value of the item being deducted from your refund.

For all returns we receive that exceed the 30 day limit, we reserve the right to deny a refund, to partially refund, or issue store credit, at our discretion. For that reason, we strongly encourage you to email us at dececi.beauty@gmail.com before returning product for a refund, to make sure you are eligible. All Clearance Item sales are final. Cancellations:
Once an order has been processed through our website, we are unable to cancel orders. Should you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us at dececi.beauty@gmail.com or call us at 036-962-481. Your order will be treated as a return, subject to the return policy stated above, including the potential delay in processing. If the order has not been shipped, we will also refund any shipping charges. If the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us, as with any return.
